Week of March 11, 2019
We have a busy week to tell you about.
We had a special visitor named Ellen on Tuesday. Ask your child who she is and what she brought in for us to see. (She is a Marine Biologist and she brought in her touch tank with live animals and tables full of artifacts from under the sea.)
In Tamchui News, we have donated to our two charities and we have made feathers for the ADL project. Ask your child where they have donated. Also, ask them what the ADL is and what our feather said on it.
On Wednesday, Mrs. Miller told us the story of Purim. Ask your child to name the five main characters of the story. (They were: King Ahashverosh, Vashti, Mordechai, Esther and Haman.)
Ask what the King's favorite activity was. (He liked to PARTY!).
What is symmetry? What in your house is symmetrical?
What Purim book is Ms. Berks reading everyday? (Queen of Persia, a silly graphic novel about the story of Ester.)

We donated our Tamchui chips into either Klinik Jubilee, or Leatherback Trust.
