Students try to use both their levels and pathways in our game of "Frogger." The goal of the game is to make it across the obstacle without getting tagged!

Did you know that the Rashi School has been a member of The Massachusets Educational Theater Guild since 2003?  The Rashi Middle School Theater Company has been participating in the State Drama Festival for over 14 years.  We have had over 40 Rashi Middle School students stand and receive an All-Star Recognition Award at the festival over the years,  in the areas of Acting, Lighting Design, Scenic Design, Sound Design and even 2 students as Live Musicians!  There are over 40 Middle Schools around the state that participate and Rashi is one of the Host Sites for the Festival this year!  The exciting part of festival is watching other Middle Schools perform and knowing that in is almostly completely student run.  If you haven't seen a festival come and visit on Sunday, April 28th from 9 AM - 6 PM. Preparing Ourselves for the High Holidays:  One Word and Action at a Time! I recently read this:  Words matter. They are packages of power that can harm or help... And so my work with the First Grade Students began with reading our first two TREASURES of the year - Gershon's Monster  and Mr. Peabody's Apples .  Many of the social justice TREASURES read and discussed this year will be anchored in a particular Jewish text, mitzvah or Jewish value.
