Dear Kindergarten Families,

We hope you had a meaningful Yom Kippur. This week we participated in Tashlich by the Charles River, learned more about honeybees from local beekeeper Brigit deWeerd, and celebrated Myles' 6th Birthday!

Reminders:
- Rashi will be closed on Monday, October 14th for Sukkot and Columbus Day. 
-  Next week's Shabbat Helpers (10/4): Madison and Addie   
-  Our Ta'Am Tov Kindergarten Welcoming Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, October 29th.            Please be sure that we know if you cannot attend.
-   Friday, October 25th is Generations Day.  Please let us know if you need help in finding a visitor       for your child.
-   Wednesays are our Science nature walk days. Please pack appropriate closed-toe shoes and         appropriate clothing.

-   Please return your child's library book each Monday so that they can check out another book.  
-   Please pack extra snacks for your child to eat in the afternoon in case they get hungry             (especially when they order hot lunch).
