Hebrew-"Ivrit"

It has been a great beginning in Gan (Kindergarten) Ivrit (Hebrew). They learned to greet one another using their Hebrew names and saying the phrase, "Boker Tov" (good morning). We played a fun game using commands for sitting down "Lashevet" and standing up "Lakoom." Children took turns calling out the motions and it was a lot of fun! We are learning about objects in the classroom such as rug "Shatiach," chair "Kiseh" and table "Shoolchan." Tomorrow we will begin learning the Hebrew Aleph-Bet.

Looking forward to a wonderful second week!
