Week of October 2nd!
Ask your child about our apple drying experiment, making apple decorations for our Sukkah, meeting our 4th grade reading buddies, learning about one of Rashi's core values: Kavod, and spending time in the Sukkah!
We observed how much water our apple lost over three days. We equated our dehydrated apple to a certain number of dimes on the pan balance scale.
We made apples that we hung in the school's sukkah.
On Wednesday afternoon we answered a questionnaire to get to know our new 4th grade reading buddies. We also got to play games with them.
In Jewish Studies, we learned about one of Rashi's core values, Kavod, and what it looks like during our school day.
We were all able to recite the blessing and shake the etrog and lulav in our school Sukkah.
