Dream Catchers

This week, in thinking about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we read the book "My Brother Martin".







This book is told from the perspective of Martin's sister, Christine. She speaks about her brother and the adventures they had together as well as, the amazing work he did for the world. The book ends with this quote "And when he was much older, my brother M.L. dreamed a dream... and it turned the world upside down." 

After reading, we began to brainstorm our own dreams for the world. The children came up with this list:
