Week of February 12th
This week the first graders learned the fibers in their clothing. They also learned how to find and read clothing labels.








First graders had the opportunities to go to the second grade classrooms and learn about famous people in history during the second grader's wax museum.










While learning the torah portion Terumah, children were able to decorate our class Mishkan.



Students are learning to manipulate Cuisenaire Rods of given colors and values, as they learn to use written symbols to represent addition relationships they see. This concepts provides an early foundation for algebraic reasoning.
While learning about our Torah Portion, first graders recreated Choshen (breast plates), which were worn by Aaron and his sons.
