Extra Recess
Hello to all! Just wanted to give you a snapshot of the fun we had after our few hours of ERB testing. This morning, the kids spent some time "bubbling" in their personal demographics sheets, which they enjoyed. It was kind of like a puzzle, but they took the task very, very seriously. (This is all a big deal for them). Shortly thereafter, they sat for 45 minutes to take an assessment on "quantitative reasoning." We followed up with a quick snack, and then headed to the playground for about 30 minutes of running around. We were joined by the fifth through eighth graders, which made for quite a scene.
I did my best to capture as many of the kids as I could. It's hard to catch them as they run around, and I don't want to interrupt any important games, but I think I did a pretty decent job. Enjoy!
What more fun will tomorrow bring? Part of the fun is not knowing!
